• Our standard delivery charges for UK Mainland 24-48Hr Delivery are:
  • For Shipping Via DPD courier delivery is £7.95
  • For Shipping Via Royal Mail delivery is £3.99
• Deliveries before 10 am Via DPD available at a delivery charge of £20.00
  (Not available to all postcode areas) **
  
• Deliveries before 12 noon available at a delivery charge of £18.00
  (Not available to all postcode areas) **
  
• Saturday delivery is available at a delivery charge of £20.00. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed no later than 3.30pm on the prior Friday. (Not available to all postcode areas) **
  
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Jersey & Guernsey is £25.00 and can take 2 to 3 days
  
• Parcel re-direction / collection requests - charges from £15 apply
  
• All items require a signature upon delivery

† Courier delivery is usually 24hrs, as per the schedule above, however on occasion this may longer due to circumstances beyond our control

• Standard 24/48Hr Delivery applies to Mainland UK addresses and delivery times using this service are usually between 0800 and 1700 via our chosen carrier(s)
  
• For even more convenience a variety of premium delivery services can be selected online or requested over the telephone that apply to most UK Mainland postcodes (see below)
  
• In the event that we have any problems processing your order then despatch of goods may be delayed; we will always endeavour to contact you to advise of any such issues

* Note that orders to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney and Shetland Islands, some Western Isles, remote parts of Northern Scotland and mainland Europe have longer transit times and are not guaranteed for Next Day delivery
