I am always a little apprehensive when spending a reasonable amount of money with an on line retailer I have not used before but I am delighted to say your service has been excellent. The tripod and head was an excellent price and your communication regarding dispatch and delivery was superb and allowed me to leave a note for the delivery driver to phone me as i was only working two minutes away. Its always annoying having parcels taken back to the depot when no one is in. Thank you for your excellent service and rest assured I will have no hesitation in recommending you and using you again.
