- Texture presets – Get the most out of the patented resizing algorithm that powers Genuine Fractals 6 with texture presets. These simple to use presets offer an easy way to adjust algorithm settings to get the highest quality enlargement for your specific image type.
- Tiling for smaller printers – Need to print a large format image, but only have access to a small format printer? The new tiling feature in Genuine Fractals 6 allows you to resize their images to any desired size, then break the image down into smaller files than can be saved in Photoshop and printed separately. Then you can simply arrange the individual printouts to create the full-size, top quality image.
- Improved batch processing – By default Genuine Fractals 6 remembers its last used settings, including the scaling size. If you have several images that all need to be resized by the same amount you can use a Photoshop action and the batch command to automate the process. Change file names, save files to a new location and file type, change and embed a specific colour space to the new file, and even add a customised watermark to protect your work.
- Built-in image sharpening – Image files should be resized using Genuine Fractals 6 after you have made key adjustments to your image, including colour correction, compositing, adjustment layers and retouching, and before sharpening.
